BridgeCare’s software is a white-label data and case management system for government agencies in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector. It is made for organizations that support parents and ECCE providers, primarily licensed child care and public preschool programs.

What You Will Do

As a Product Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for client support requests, helping users resolve technical issues while keeping communication clear, helpful, and on-time. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues, and play a key role in maintaining documentation that helps clients and internal teams get the most out of BridgeCare’s platform.

Responsibilities:

Provide product support and escalate issues to product/engineering accordingly
Work cross-functionally with Product and other client-facing teams to ensure internal alignment and client satisfaction.
Resolve issues via existing support channels (JIRA, Email, Zoom)
Communicate with clients to adhere to SLAs
Create and manage content for an external knowledge base.
Create and maintain product documentation for internal team members.WHO YOU ARE

Who You Are

You’re a customer-focused support professional who enjoys solving problems and making systems work better. You know how to communicate with empathy and clarity, and you bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach to your work. You’re familiar with software platforms—not as a developer, but as a confident first responder who can begin diagnosing issues and communicating them effectively.

Qualifications:

Previous working experience in software support roles.
Excellent customer service/communications skills.
Bilingual Spanish/English speaking.
Experience writing and maintaining support documentation.
Experience as a first-line defense triaging support issue.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Familiar with working in software not as an engineer but with some knowledge to start investigations on submitted issues.
Experience using Jira Service Management.
