We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to elevate the visual identity of luxury retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have a refined eye for aesthetics and deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, creating captivating displays that reflect our brand story and maximize customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute seasonal and promotional visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
Create compelling window displays and in-store presentations that showcase jewelry pieces and luxury accessories.
Maintain visual standards across all retail stores, ensuring consistency, elegance, and brand cohesion.
Collaborate with marketing, retail, and buying teams to align on campaign launches, product focuses, and in-store storytelling.
Oversee the setup of new stores and refurbishments including floor layouts, display materials, lighting, and signage.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual excellence and coach store teams on VM best practices.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to adapt visual strategies that drive performance.
Source and manage display props, tools, and visual assets in line with budget and brand direction.
Stay updated on luxury retail trends, competitor visuals, and emerging design techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail or fine jewelry.
Strong understanding of luxury branding and customer expectations.
Exceptional aesthetic sense with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in visual presentation tools (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Ability to work under tight deadlines and travel for store installations as needed.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
