Job Summary:

The Electrical and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to electrical engineering and BESS operations. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to drive innovative solutions in energy management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of electrical systems and BESS projects.
Oversee the integration of BESS with existing grid infrastructures to optimize energy efficiency and reliability.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion within set parameters.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports to support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering practices.
Provide training and support for engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze energy performance metrics, proposing improvements as necessary.
Drive innovation in electrical engineering solutions and energy storage systems.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Professional certifications in energy management or electrical engineering are preferred.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on BESS.
Proven experience in project management and successful delivery of engineering projects.
Strong understanding of grid systems and renewable energy integration.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
