What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fulfillment and Logistics Analyst to join our team at Goodles. This individual will play a key role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively to our customers.

Responsibilities

Evaluate inventory stock levels to ensure long-term storage fees are avoided and overall contract storage requirements are met month over month.
Proactively identify potential inventory risks and propose forward-thinking mitigation strategies.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and fulfillment, such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and shipping costs.
Generate regular reports and provide insights to leadership for decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Support the forecasting and demand planning teams with data-driven recommendations on inventory needs and logistics planning.
Identify inefficiencies in the fulfillment and logistics processes and implement best practices to improve order cycle time, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in cross-functional projects to implement new technologies or systems that improve fulfillment and logistics operations.
Encourage team members to voice innovative ideas, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
Build strong relationships with external suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure seamless communication and operational execution.
Manage communication around shipping schedules, order tracking, and potential issues in the fulfillment process.
Identify where to optimize overall costs and service quality, initiate contract-related discussions accordingly, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate final negotiations.
Communicate effectively with internal teams such as finance, procurement, and customer service to align logistics strategies with broader business goals.
Present findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership with confidence and clarity, demonstrating a willingness to speak up about potential challenges or new opportunities.
Coordinate with IT or technology teams to leverage data analytics tools, automate workflows, and refine reporting capabilities.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and agile in its logistics approach.
Proactively develop new policies or SOPs that address gaps in current operations, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
Serve as a key driver in shaping the strategic vision for fulfillment and logistics, sharing insights and driving initiatives that contribute to long-term success.

You're experienced within the CPG industry and are a highly analytical problem solver. You will have a strong understanding of the CPG industry, supply chain dynamics, and logistics best practices.You know what it takes to thrive at a start-up and you're the kind of person who uses data to make things happen, and fast. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment in the CPG industry.
Proficiency in Netsuite ERP software and knowledge of MRP systems and processes.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience working in a relevant role.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The location for this position is flexible with preference for candidates in: California, Oregon, Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Colorado.
Minimal travel required.
Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
