💷 Pay: £13.51-£17.50 per hour
⏰ Hours: Full-time & part-time shifts available (days, nights, weekends)

📝 About the Role

We’re seeking warm, reliable, and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in a residential care home setting. You’ll be providing daily support to elderly residents and individuals with additional needs, ensuring they live with dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible.

🧡 Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Support residents with mobility, including use of hoists or walking aids where necessary
Help during mealtimes – serving food, feeding where needed, and monitoring nutritional intake
Provide companionship and emotional support, building meaningful relationships
Maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment

Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

🎓 Desired Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 6 months’ previous experience in a care or support role (residential or similar)
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Must be willing to complete an enhanced AccessNI check
Right to work in the UK
