Business Partner, Operations & Transformation (Ref. 5899/BP/ESS/GR)

Role Overview:

As a Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams to support the development and performance of key portfolio companies across diverse sectors.

You will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, identifying value creation opportunities, supporting transformation roadmaps, and driving performance improvement.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison with assigned portfolio companies, fostering alignment on strategic goals.
Analyze business models, assess market conditions, and identify areas for operational and financial improvement.
Support the design and execution of transformation initiatives and performance optimization plans.
Advise and collaborate with Boards, C-level executives, internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and take proactive action to resolve issues or accelerate impact.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote innovation and best practices across the portfolio.
Take the lead during critical situations, providing hands-on support and strategic response planning.
Track industry trends and ensure portfolio companies remain competitive and future-ready.
Work cross-functionally to identify new investment and growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in senior operational roles, consulting, transformation, or corporate strategy.
Solid academic background (Bachelor’s & Master’s) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, Engineering, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead through influence.
Proven expertise in performance improvement, change management, and strategic execution.
Familiarity with local market dynamics and sectoral trends.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity and commitment to transparency and value creation.
