Salary Range: ¥7,080,000 - ¥9,450,000

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to establish project goals and deliverables that align with client needs.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and consultants to facilitate project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
Identify and manage project risks, proposing solutions to mitigate potential issues.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Fluent in Japanese (Over N2); English proficiency is a plus (TOEIC over 800).

Desired Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
Experience in managing large-scale projects in various sectors, including renewable energy and medical infrastructure, is preferred.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
