Deployment Lead

Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on Deployment Lead to lead the implementation of AI-powered manufacturing solutions directly at client sites across Mexico. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology and industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, operational expertise, and the ability to manage dynamic on-site environments with confidence and clarity.

Challenges you would face

Spearhead deployment of AI-powered software at manufacturing client sites
Work closely with clients to understand production metrics and operational goals
Configure software products and AI/ML models to align with plant workflows
Drive process improvements through real-time implementation and testing
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide on-the-ground support
Ensure seamless rollout and adoption of industrial AI solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to refine deployment strategy based on field experience

The ideal candidate

Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
3–8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or technology deployment roles
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production KPIs
Proficient in configuring software and applying AI/ML models in an industrial context
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
Based in Mexico, ideally in Monterrey, Mexico City, or Chihuahua
Willing to travel frequently to manufacturing client sites

Plus

Experience with lean manufacturing or process improvement initiatives
Background in applying data science or analytics to industrial operations
Start-up experience combined with large-scale manufacturing optimization exposure
