Head of Enterprise

Overview

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Enterprise to scale its commercial presence across manufacturing clients in North and Latin America. This is the most senior commercial leadership role within the organization, responsible for driving growth through new business development, GTM execution, and customer expansion. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in manufacturing technology, enterprise sales, and cross-regional team leadership.

Challenges you would face

Scale enterprise sales efforts across manufacturing customers in North and Latin America
Drive new business growth and expand existing customer relationships
Build and execute GTM strategies for enterprise manufacturing technology products
Lead and mentor cross-regional commercial teams to deliver strong outcomes
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients
Navigate technical sales cycles and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams

The ideal candidate

10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, GTM, or commercial leadership roles
Deep exposure to the manufacturing or industrial technology sectors
Proven track record in new business development, strategic account growth, and partnership building
Experience in fast-scaling B2B SaaS or deep tech environments
Ability to lead commercial teams across multiple regions and markets
Strong storytelling and value-selling capabilities tailored to C-level industrial stakeholders
Strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach
Comfort working with technical products and cross-functional teams
Fluent in English

Plus

Experience at leading manufacturing tech companies such as Tractian, Parsable, Augury, Tulip, or Seeq
Spanish language proficiency
Based in the US or Latin America with willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and offices
