Job Overview

The General Manager will play a pivotal role in directing the operations and strategic planning of our hospitality division. This position requires a dynamic leader capable of managing resources effectively while ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the luxury hospitality sector to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in customer service.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experiences and increase overall profitability.
Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, including guests, employees, and business partners.
Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets while implementing cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as industry standards.
Lead, mentor, and manage the hospitality team by promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Analyze market trends and competitors to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
Report directly to senior management on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
Drive innovation in services offered to differentiate the brand in the competitive luxury marketplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience of 10+ years in a senior management role within the luxury hospitality sector.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and respond to business challenges.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
