We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with 2 - 6 years of experience in building web applications using Node.js for backend and React.js for frontend. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable systems, writing clean code, and delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs.
Develop responsive, dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js, Redux (or Context API), and modern CSS frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Implement data models and interact with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and testing (unit/integration tests).
Participate in code reviews and maintain code documentation.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid knowledge of Node.js and React.js.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Understanding of MongoDB or SQL databases.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms or Docker is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
Exposure to DevOps tools or CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of authentication (OAuth, JWT).
Understanding of agile/scrum development methodologies.
