Founded in 2019 and bringing our first beta to market in 2020, Aidium is continuing to remove the complexity of the archaic mortgage tech stack to unlock top-line expansion. Set up as a remote company, our tech team is distributed across the US and Europe (we hire within MT and CET time zones). What You Will Do

In this role, you'll lead the development of products end-to-end, from conception through
development and rollout. If you're excited to have a lot of ownership while remaining in the details day to day, this might be an excellent fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, data analysis, etc., and present findings to the team with conviction and rigor.
Help engineers and designers deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make great product decisions.
Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users.
Enable sales and marketing teams to communicate with and win with customers effectively.

Who You Are

You are an experienced and curious product leader with a strong foundation in software, design, or engineering. You bring both strategic thinking and tactical speed, and you’re energized by owning projects from end to end. You question assumptions, think in systems, and value clarity and execution.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in the software industry.
Previous experience in product management and/or engineering leadership roles.
Strong background working/communicating directly with US-based customers.
Exceptional product and operational judgment.
Strong root-cause and systems thinking.
