About the role

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will oversee daily marketing activities and initiatives while leading the marketing team and fostering their development. You will manage and own the marketing strategy to maximize new business opportunities and retention, promoting product and service awareness across all channels in the Republic of Ireland

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to optimize online presence, focusing on website management and lead generation.
Create online and offline marketing plans to drive annual business growth.
Manage campaigns to maximize new business and client retention.
Collaborate with the development team to enhance the customer experience on the website.
Work with Group SEO and PPC teams to optimize search opportunities.
Oversee marketing spend for better ROI and campaign efficiency.
Implement the social media strategy and liaise with the Group PR team for news promotions.
Build relationships with internal teams to explore marketing opportunities.
Manage team workflow and provide actionable management information to stakeholders.
Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials.

Essential Skills and Competencies

5+ years of B2B marketing experience with successful strategy management across digital and offline channels.
Proven experience in PPC and SEO with a track record of driving commercial growth.
Experience in team leadership with motivational and coaching skills.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

Desirable Skills and Competencies

Confident, ambitious, and dynamic with a strong creative outlook.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Experience in social media communications.
