Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (45 hours/week) with occasional flexibility/on-call

Heritage Staffing is pleased to support a distinguished UHNW family in building a compact, high-calibre household team for their newly acquired residence in Cologny, Geneva. We are seeking a flexible and proactive Family Assistant / House Manager who will oversee the smooth daily running of the household while offering hands-on family support.

This hybrid role combines elements of personal assistance, light household management, and family logistics in a semi-formal setting. The successful candidate will be calm, professional, and capable of anticipating needs in a busy household with two school-age children.

Main Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all household operations, coordinating schedules, appointments, service providers, and vendors.
Accompany children (ages 12 and 10) to and from school and extracurricular activities.
Manage household administration, including errands, online purchases, inventories, and deliveries.
Coordinate maintenance, oversee tradespeople, and supervise regular upkeep of the property.
Provide occasional support with light housekeeping and organisational tasks.
Drive children and family members as needed (vehicle provided).
Assist with the care of the family cat and help ensure household routines are consistent.
Prepare light meals or snacks for the children when required.
Support the family with flexibility, initiative, and a positive, can-do approach.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a private household, family assistant, or lifestyle management role
Fluent in French, English B2 min/fluent, Portuguese will be a plus.
Confident driver with a clean driving record.
Highly organised, tech-savvy, and resourceful.
Basic cooking skills and willingness to support family meals as needed.
Experience working with children in a structured, supportive environment.
