Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Senior 3D designer –

Shaping the visual and functional elements of our high-profile commercial projects.
Creation of BIM models for clients (LOD 300 to LOD 400 and LOD 500)
3D designing and creation of fabrication drawings for complex projects

Key Individual Accountabilities

Strategic;

Ownership of the entire 3D designing work of a project
Understand client’s BIM models and create Façade model in accordance
Work planning and time estimation
Design team capacity analysis and planning

Financial;

Optimized designs as per project requirement
Creation of proper BOM for a project for correct estimation
Understand the client’s requirement
Meet the delivery deadlines of design work
Lead the 3D team
Align organizational needs and team & individual growth

Candidate Profile:
Education – BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering
Experience – Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Façade design working in BIM environment. Exposure in ME preferred

- - Understanding of basic principles of Façade
  - Understand the BIM requirements in Façade design
  - Handle 3D creation if complex façade elements
  - Understand client's 3D drawings and incorporation of Façade 3D models on it
  - Knowledge of building design codes and international standards is an advantage
  - ACad 2D & 3D, Inventor, Rivet and other 3D software used in building and construction industry.

- Good to have
  - Knowledge of analysis software like Ecotect, Revit & structural analysis SW like STAAD
