Digital Designer

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly creative Digital Designer to take the lead on visual storytelling across paid and organic marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a visual marketer with a deep understanding of what performs in digital environments and a passion for high-impact design. The ideal candidate combines strong motion design skills with brand sensibility, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a high bar for both clarity and conversion.

Challenges you would face

Concept and produce short-form video assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid ads
Create motion graphics, animated type, transitions, and branded effects aligned with brand standards
Collaborate with digital teams to test, iterate, and optimize videos for performance
Design static and animated assets for paid social, display ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts
Translate briefs into conversion-minded, brand-aligned assets across multiple touchpoints
Act as guardian of visual identity while tailoring design to different audience segments
Contribute to the development and evolution of the visual design system as the brand scales

The ideal candidate

5–7+ years of experience in a creative design role, ideally in tech, media, or startup environments
Strong proficiency in motion and video tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut
Expertise in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Portfolio showcasing high-quality video, motion, and marketing design work
Excellent taste across typography, layout, animation, and storytelling
Experience working in paid media or digital growth environments
Comfort working quickly, receiving feedback, and adapting design to performance goals

Plus

Experience designing for AI, tech, or creator platforms
Familiarity with A/B testing and performance design principles
Background in photography or on-set video production
