To support these ambitions, we are seeking a hands-on and experienced Site Director who will lead the daily operations of the plant, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure the highest standards of product quality and food safety.

Position

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the entire operations of a highly automated production facility with approximately 50 employees. The site includes a raw material warehouse and two primary production units operating as compact, continuous process lines. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, consistent product quality, and alignment with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader from the process or food industry, where high quality, hygiene, safety, and continuity of production are essential. This role requires someone with a hands-on leadership style—present on the shop floor, actively engaged with teams, and committed to leading by example. Strong interpersonal skills, a safety mindset, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture are key to success.

Key responsibilities include:

Plant Operations Leadership: Full accountability for all aspects of site operations, including production, maintenance, warehouse management, and safety.
Process Optimization: Leading the continuous improvement of compact and highly automated production processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and uptime.
Quality & Food Safety Standards: Ensuring compliance with rigorous food safety regulations and quality standards, with zero compromise on hygiene and product integrity.
Team Management & Development: Building, motivating, and managing a team of approximately 50 employees, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with supply chain, quality assurance, and senior management to align production with broader business objectives.
Capex & Investments: Identifying operational needs and leading implementation of investment projects to support sustainable growth and technical advancement.
Safety Leadership: Championing a culture of safety and accountability across the site, with particular emphasis on food safety and employee well-being.

Candidate

Proven experience in managing operations in the food or process industry, ideally in environments with continuous production and strict safety requirements.
Strong leadership presence—hands-on, approachable, and actively involved in daily operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve issues on the floor, and implement practical improvements.
Solid understanding of automated manufacturing processes and modern production technologies.
High personal standards for quality, hygiene, and safety.
Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with the ability to balance day-to-day management and long-term strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
