Job Description:
A family of four based on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a talented and health-conscious Private Chef to join their household. The ideal candidate will have experience creating fresh, flavourful meals with a wellness focus and be confident preparing gluten-free and dairy-free dishes. Experience working on yachts is a plus but not essential.

This is a live-in position and would suit a chef who enjoys cooking with seasonal, whole ingredients, enjoys preparing everything from scratch, and takes pride in creating beautiful, nourishing meals for a private family.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily meals for a family of four with a focus on clean, healthy, and fresh cuisine
Accommodate dietary needs including gluten-free and dairy-free for one family member
Create weekly menus and manage kitchen inventories
Prepare sauces, dips, and fermented items from scratch when possible
Source and select high-quality, seasonal ingredients
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment
Occasionally assist with entertaining or small dinner events
Ensure a flexible and discreet presence in the home

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Private Chef, ideally within UHNW households or yacht/private service roles
Strong knowledge of wellness and nutrition-focused cooking
Confidence in preparing gluten-free and dairy-free meals without compromising on taste
Ability to create sauces, dips, and fermented foods from scratch
Well-organised, independent, and reliable
Excellent time management and presentation skills
Professional, discreet, and respectful of household privacy
Long-term commitment preferred
