We are currently seeking a talented and motivated lawyer with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to JV agreements, service agreements, and supply contracts.
Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Assist in legal due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate and commercial law issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored legal solutions.
Represent clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with 2-3 years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
