Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and streamline core HR functions including payroll, attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and employee records.
Manage HR staff and act as the primary point of contact for operational HR matters at the site level.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal HR policies.
Lead the recruitment process for local and overseas roles, including coordinating with manpower agencies and government entities for visa and onboarding procedures.
Manage high-volume hiring for operational, production line, logistics, or store-level positions.
Support workforce planning and staffing projections in coordination with production and retail operations.
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring alignment with company values and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues and investigations in a compliant and timely manner.
Maintain HRIS data integrity and manage reporting on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status).
Identify and implement process improvements for HR efficiency and service delivery.
Support implementation of employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR operations or HRBP role within manufacturing, retail, or FMCG.
Proven experience in end-to-end local and overseas recruitment, especially for operational roles.
Familiarity with overseas hiring procedures, visa processing, and coordination with external recruitment agencies.
Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and industrial relations practices.
Proficiency in HR systems and time attendance software.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, shift-based environment with diverse workforce demographics.
