Marketing & Content Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking a Marketing & Content Manager to lead content strategy and marketing execution across digital channels. This role is ideal for a mid-level marketer with strong writing skills, campaign management experience, and a performance-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will drive measurable sales outcomes through multi-channel content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and CRM optimization. This is a fully remote role with opportunities for growth within a high-impact consulting firm.

Challenges you would face

Develop and maintain a two-month rolling content calendar across blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email campaigns
Source technical insights and client stories through regular collaboration with leadership, sales, and tax teams
Create original content including blog articles, social media posts, proposals, and client-facing materials
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns including email sequences, LinkedIn pushes, and event promotions
Manage HubSpot CRM marketing workflows, segmented lists, and campaign assets
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity within HubSpot
Track and report on performance metrics across email, blog, and social channels
Improve internal marketing workflows, content sourcing processes, and reporting structures
Align marketing activities to sales KPIs such as qualified leads generated and appointments booked

The ideal candidate

3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or marketing/sales support
Strong experience managing social media content and scheduling across platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in HubSpot CRM, Canva, Microsoft Office, Notion, and basic marketing automation tools
Ability to manage multiple marketing projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
Strong analytical skills and experience tracking performance across blogs, email, and social media
Self-driven, independent, and proactive with excellent organizational skills

Experience building email nurturing campaigns tailored to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Comfort with performance-based accountability tied to revenue outcomes
Prior experience ghostwriting for executives or managing thought leadership content
