Position : Accounting Clerk/Assistant

Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm PST Full-time, Permanent

Pay Range : $900 - $1000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Philippines, Latin America, South Africa, or Any Region

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk/Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and Excel, a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining accurate financial records.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and payments
Enter bills and reconcile receipts with supporting documentation
Receive and track purchase orders
Review vendor statements for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Experience: 2+ years of related experience

Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
