Senior Product Manager

Overview

Our client is a high-growth, VC-backed startup building the next-generation low-code tool for financial services. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across their platform. This role combines a consulting mindset with strong product intuition and structured execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at aligning stakeholders around high-impact outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will own product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery oversight, working closely with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Challenges you would face

Lead structured discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to identify key needs and opportunities
Define and manage a strategic product roadmap aligned with business and client goals
Translate customer problems into actionable product requirements and manage backlog prioritization
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure feasibility and value of product initiatives
Oversee sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines across cross-functional teams
Communicate effectively with clients, managing expectations and updates throughout the product lifecycle
Identify and mitigate risks, recalibrate plans as needed to maintain momentum
Document decisions and updates clearly using async tools like Slack, Linear, and Notion
Foster a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability and strategic thinking

The ideal candidate

5–8 years of product management experience, including 1–2 years in consulting or client-facing strategic roles
Proven track record leading complex product initiatives from discovery to delivery
Experience managing enterprise clients or B2B SaaS products, ideally in fintech or infrastructure
Strong understanding of financial products and technical concepts such as APIs, databases, and low-code tools
Proficient in writing PRDs, roadmaps, and structured documentation
Skilled in tools such as Linear, Notion, Google Docs, and Retool
Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strategic decision-maker with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
