ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading services provider company, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager.

HR Manager (5923/HRM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

Oversee payroll, HR budget, and employee benefits to ensure accuracy, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
Ensure alignment with labor laws, represent the company before authorities, and manage audits and inspections.
Foster a positive work environment through employee relations, conflict resolution, and promotion of company values.
Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational goals.
Develop and implement HR policies, monitor key HR metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to health, safety, and ESG initiatives.

Requirements:

University-level education required, along with a master’s degree in HRM.
10+ years of relevant experience in well-established HR departments.
Hands-on experience across all areas of HR, including payroll, employee relations, HR operations and performance management.
Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
