Marketing and Community Assistant (Internal)

This entry-level position is ideal for someone about to graduate, recently graduated, or with up to two years of experience. Challenges you would face

Assist with content distribution across multiple channels including LinkedIn (company page, founder, and partner profiles), blog, newsletter, and YouTube
Schedule and format posts created by the marketing and content team, ensuring all content is properly uploaded, tagged, embedded, and visually consistent
Manage social media engagement on the founder’s LinkedIn account by responding to comments, interacting with leads and potential clients, and contributing to the brand’s online presence
Support community initiatives, such as launching new content series, testing engagement strategies, and helping develop new ideas from scratch
Take ownership of essential workflows that keep campaigns and publishing processes organized and on track

The ideal candidate

Fluent or native-level English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of social media dynamics and audience engagement
Strong attention to detail in publishing tasks including formatting, links, images, and structure
Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and ask questions
Must be based in Latin America
