What You Will Do

We are seeking an Inventory and Production Planner to join our team. The Inventory and Production Planner will play a critical role in inventory and production planning. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in a high-growth company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production planning schedules using spreadsheets and planning tools
Monitor and balance inventory (ingredients, work in progress, and finished goods)
Coordinate with suppliers to provide forecasts and ensure that productions run smoothly
Work closely with forecasting and demand planning to optimize production plans
Provide operations and finance with plans for day-to-day, medium term, and long-term, creating dashboards and reports that communicate your information
Maintain solid relationships with suppliers
Function as the US member of our international logistics team to ensure continuous operational coverage
Maintain and update a watch list of logistics issues
Create and maintain logistics SOPs and routing guides
Create dashboards and reports
Manage and support special projects

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in a high-growth company
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets/Docs)
Genuine enthusiasm for spreadsheets, data organization, ERPs and/or Inventory Management Systems
Experience with production planning and inventory management
College degree or equivalent training
Effective written and verbal communication skills
