An emerging and agile energy trading company is looking to expand its trading team with three experienced senior traders specialising in:

Fuel
Gasoline
Distillates

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing and well-financed trading house that is scaling its operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

🔍 Key Responsibilities (for all 3 roles)

Develop and grow a profitable trading book in your product area
Manage paper trading positions (cargoes, barges, swaps, futures)
Originate deals and structure commercial flows with suppliers, traders, and end users
Navigate arbitrage opportunities and optimise supply chains
Collaborate closely with operations, risk, credit, and finance teams
Contribute to market intelligence, pricing strategies, and regional expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties and shipping partners

✅ Candidate Profile

Proven track record in trading fuel, gasoline, or distillates, with P&L responsibility
Deep market knowledge and network across Europe, Middle East, or Africa
Strong understanding of physical and paper markets, logistics, and risk management
Entrepreneurial, driven, and capable of working independently in a lean setup
Comfortable in a start-up or scale-up environment with fast decision-making
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. French, Arabic, Russian) are a plus
