What You Will Do

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team. The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in the day-to-day planning and work product of our busy team. The ideal candidate will have a tech savvy approach to new systems and ideas, exceptional organizational skills, a commitment to excellence, and 2-4 years of experience in operations, preferably in a high-growth company.

Responsibilites:

Manage the day-to-day execution and administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
Coordinate activities between production, warehouse, quality, and logistics.
Update teams about schedule changes, shortages, issues and priorities, ensuring that everyone is aligned on operational objectives.
Oversee 3PL processes, identifying and communicating issues, and seeing them through to resolution.
Troubleshoot systems issues and suggest and implement process-oriented solutions.
Maintain operational documentation, coordinate meetings between different teams, and handle routine administrative tasks that support smooth operations.
Review and Monitor SOPs for accuracy and efficacy.
Create dashboards and reports.
Manage and support special projects.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in operations, preferably in a high-growth food company
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets/Docs)
Genuine enthusiasm for spreadsheets, data organization, ERPs and/or Inventory Management Systems
College degree or equivalent training
Effective written and verbal communication skills
