What You’ll Do

Work closely with engineering and design to ship features that solve user and client problems.
Analyze product usage to uncover insights, spot trends, and recommend improvements.
Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and OKRs across the product.
Conduct user research and support experimentation (A/B testing, cohorts).
Translate feedback and data into clear product requirements and documentation.
Write specs and user stories to guide design and engineering.
Assist with QA, integration testing, rollout plans, and go-to-market coordination

What We’re Looking For

1–4 years of experience in product or in a product-adjacent role (consulting, ops, bizops, engineering, or strategy).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear thinker, clear writer.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and interpreting data
Experience with product prototyping or basic design (wireframes, mockups, user flows). Figma experience is a plus!
Detail-oriented and organized, but able to move quickly and make tradeoffs.
