Qualifications:

3 years of experience in ABA, including development and implementation of comprehensive interventions for children and adolescents
1 year of supervisory experience with BT or RBTs (preferred)
Skilled in mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive treatment setting
Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Collaborative team player with a commitment to supporting a positive work culture

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive ABA and parent training programs for children and adolescents
Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
Foster a positive team culture and promote organizational morale
Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including setting performance expectations, developing supervision plans, and evaluating team performance
Collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
