Scheduling appointments for clients with designers regularly.
Following set processes of fetching meetings, maintaining client worksheets etc
Participating in onboarding sessions, review meets
Following up with architects & designers for inquiries.
Directly interacting with Clients from different building material industries like Marble, stones, furniture, lights, home automation, etc.
Maintain accurate records of operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment.
Work collaboratively with team members and departments.
Maintain daily activity reports & monthly reports
Take up complete responsibility for completing the assigned projects with clients
