Training new ops team members for various processes
Internally coordinating with the research team & follow-up team
Handling RSVP for curated events/showroom launches
Following set processes of fetching meetings, maintaining client worksheets, etc
Participating in onboarding sessions, review meets
Following up with architects & designers for inquiries.
Directly interacting with Clients from different building material industries like Marble, stones, furniture, lights, home automation, etc.
