Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Update all details of the contact on Rolo CRM.
Handle all activities on internal Rolo CRM .
⁠Develop complete understanding of Rolo CRM.
Check each team member daily engagement on Rolo CRM.
Create detailed reports, including brand performance reports and team reports, using Excel (pivot tables, charts, and formulas).
Develop dynamic dashboards to track KPIs, CRM updates, and key business metrics.
Analyze and provide insights from meeting feedback to improve strategies and processes.
Create compelling presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Train team members on Excel best practices and data management techniques

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and complex data systems.
