ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for a Corporate Communication Director.

Corporate Communication Director (5939/CCD/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the strategic planning and execution of mainly corporate communications & CSR programs covering the areas of press office, media relations, media monitoring, crisis and issues management, event management and internal PR
Lead a team of corporate communications professionals and drive the strategy development for a diverse portfolio
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and supervise high-profile projects
Lead the pitching, negotiations, planning and implementation of the projects
Coordinate and prioritize projects, ensuring clear communication between the team members, while acting in a timely manner
Develop and implement PR and communication plans to align with the overall communication strategy of each client
Oversee the workflow and operational processes and quality within the team
Create and execute proposals based on the clients’ needs both in a reactive and proactive mode

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or a similar field
Previous PR experience at least 8-10 years in an agency r in a Corporate Affairs Department
Post graduate studies in communication will be considered a plus.
Excellent communication and writing skills (Greek and English).
PC literate, proficient in MS Office.
