Key Responsibilities:

Managing and leading a team of negotiators and lettings progressors to deliver the right result.
Nurturing and developing a team to reach their potential.
Providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
Meeting branch targets through winning new business and increasing our market share.

The Ideal Candidate :

Someone who is organised and diligent.
A natural people person and strong leader.
Someone who is driven and reliable.
Has at least 1 year experience in a similar role.
Believes in and values integrity as a key trait in business.
Experienced valuer and a track record of winning new business.
