What You Will Do

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the primary liaison between manufacturing clients and Alliance’s internal teams, ensuring clients receive the attention, strategic insight, and operational support needed to succeed in-market. This highly visible, client-facing role requires a mix of relationship management, business strategy, and tactical execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with client objectives
Lead strategic business reviews and create performance scorecards
Maintain and grow relationships with C-level client stakeholders
Collaborate with internal sales, category, and planning teams to drive initiatives
Resolve issues proactively and facilitate cross-functional communication
Schedule and lead national webinars and sales update meetings

Who You Are

You’re a driven, self-motivated professional who thrives on building partnerships, solving problems, and leading strategic conversations. You bring a background in CPG sales or food brokerage and are comfortable engaging with both clients and cross-functional internal teams.

Qualifications:

4–7 years of experience in CPG, retail B2B sales, or food brokerage
Proven ability to lead strategic planning and client-facing presentations
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
This role is remote but candidates must live near a major airport. Ideal locations for this role to be based out of are Boise, Denver, or Phoenix.
