Production Coordinator (YouTube & Social)

Overview

Our client is a next-generation toy company driven by original content and bold ideas. They produce kids’ content for YouTube and deliver trend-forward products globally through retail partners. They are hiring a Production Coordinator to serve as the operational hub for their new Mexico City-based creative office. This person will manage pre- to post-production workflows for their flagship series, coordinate social content shoots, and oversee internal communication between the Mexico and U.S. teams

Challenges you would face

Own end-to-end production workflows including green screen footage, script, animation, compositing, and delivery
Coordinate with the Social Media Manager for short-form shoot logistics
Manage project schedules and assign or track tasks using tools like Monday.com
Organize and maintain all episode assets such as scripts, VO, footage, animation files, and thumbnails
Lead internal meetings, document status updates, and communicate effectively across time zones
Support the transition of content production from an external Belarus team to the Mexico office

The ideal candidate

3–5 years of experience in digital video production or animation project management
Strong command of tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Notion
Knowledge of video production pipelines, especially green screen workflows
Fluent in both English (C1+) and Spanish
Empathetic communicator, structured thinker, and action-oriented leader
Previous exposure to YouTube or digital-first content creation
