Job Overview:
As part of a global leader in material handling and warehouse automation, the Solution Presales Consultant plays a critical role in designing and presenting end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to client needs. You'll support the sales cycle with deep technical expertise in AS/RS, AGV systems, conveyors, WMS/WCS platforms, and smart warehouse technology.

Job Responsibilities:

● Partner with the sales team to assess client requirements and propose technically sound automation solutions.

● Deliver presentations, live demos, and technical workshops focused on warehouse automation (AS/RS, AGVs, sortation, etc.).

● Prepare technical documents, system drawings, ROI models, and scope of work.

● Support tender and RFP/RFQ submissions with solution design and documentation.

● Collaborate with product and engineering teams from China HQ and local operations.

●Conduct site assessments and recommend scalable, cost-effective intralogistics solutions.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed:

●Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.

●6-8 years of experience in presales, solution design, or application engineering (preferably in automation or warehousing).

●Strong understanding of intralogistics systems, robotics, or warehouse control software.
●Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).

●Willingness to travel for site visits and customer engagements
