Parker Stewart have been engaged by a international retail giant to support them with their search for a new Head of Property - Ireland. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Property Services, CapEx projects and Facilities Management. It is critical that this person can support the organisation as they deliver on their ambitious growth targets for the next 5 - 10 years.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute location improvements, including full store refits.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant openings.
Ensure compliance with regulations through coordination with specialists (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Safety, etc.).
Manage contractors to deliver projects on time and to standard.
Oversee project budgets for quality and cost-effectiveness.

Lead a facilities team to meet preventative and reactive maintenance needs.
Ensure all maintenance complies with regulations through effective PPM completion.
Drive efficiencies in facilities maintenance.
Work with loss prevention to enhance security across locations.

3-7 years in a Head of Property or similar role.
Understanding of retail design and fit-out processes.
Strong understanding of construction management/building, QS, or relevant projects
Strong knowledge of the property market with a proven negotiation track record.
Ability to read and draft plans with attention to detail.
Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and budget.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and access to a car.
Proficient in computer use with strong analytical skills.
Capable of working independently and meeting strict deadlines.
Commercially focused and highly organized.
