Now we’re rolling out Assistant V2—a fully conversational AI call manager—and a brand-new Visual Voicemail experience to dozens of new markets. What you will do

Own the end-to-end market-readiness playbook for Assistant V2 & Voicemail from first feasibility call to post-launch KPI health-checks.
Source, negotiate and contract with mobile operators worldwide (call-forwarding, voicemail deposit, pricing, numbering, latency SLAs).
Spin up and manage on-the-ground freelancers via Upwork (SIM procurement, language QA) and coordinate multi-party test sessions with QA, backend and voice-AI engineers.
Build and maintain the Market Readiness Database (pricing, feature flags, regulatory notes, rollout status) and surface insights on “where to launch next”.
Partner with Product, Engineering and PMM to sequence launches in a predictable, week-over-week cadence.
After go-live, track core KPIs (attach rate, activation funnel, RTP90, call success rate) with data analysts and trigger rapid fixes if metrics drift.
Report to exec staff weekly: launch roadmap, risk/issue log, and upside opportunities.

What you bring

Experience in telco operator relations, CPaaS, or voice product launches; bonus for multi-country experience.
Proven pricing and contract-negotiation chops—comfortable shaving cents off per-minute rates at scale.
Hands-on program-management toolkit (Jira, RACI, critical-path thinking) and the bias to ship fast.
Data-curious: SQL / Sheets / BI dashboards for quick cohort or funnel slicing.
Experience hiring & supervising remote testers / freelancers;
Clear communicator across time-zones; fluent in business English (extra languages welcome).

It would be great if you also have

Familiarity with conditional call-forwarding standards (GSM, CDMA, VoLTE).
Background in voice-AI, or multilingual QA.
Comfort presenting to C-suite or board on go-to-market status.
