What You Will Do

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Demand Planner to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive accurate forecasting and optimize inventory flow for a diverse product portfolio. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align demand planning with promotions, product launches, and procurement. Your expertise will help ensure the right products are in the right place, at the right time, enhancing both operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Implement demand planning strategies for accurate forecasting across multiple product categories.
Analyze trends, seasonality, and historical data to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align product launches, promotions, and procurement with inventory planning.
Work with customer operations to incorporate customer forecasts into the company’s S&OP process.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Continuously monitor supply chain performance and adjust strategies to reduce costs and enhance the customer experience.

Who You Are

You are a supply chain professional with a passion for the health and wellness space and a proven ability to manage demand planning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. With a strong background in CPG, particularly food brands, you bring both analytical rigor and a collaborative spirit to solving complex supply chain challenges.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or operations, with a focus on CPG food brands (health and wellness industry experience preferred).
Proven success managing demand planning in a fast-paced environment.
Strong background in process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with demand planning/forecasting tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven decision-making mindset.
High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
