What You Will Do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the critical link between order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and system optimization. You will work across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth operations, accurate orders, and a consistent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and solving day-to-day operational challenges.

Responibilities:

Accurately enter and manage customer orders through ERP systems; track orders through to delivery.
Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to schedule shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Serve as a responsive point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, issues, and returns.
Support inventory accuracy by liaising with warehouse partners and inventory managers.
Analyze sales and inventory data to support replenishment planning for retailer facilities.
Maintain accuracy in ERP systems and assist with EDI order flows and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational excellence and a positive customer experience.

Who You Are

You are an organized, detail-driven operations professional with a can-do attitude and a customer-first mindset. You enjoy digging into the details, solving problems, and keeping processes running smoothly. With your experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service—ideally within the CPG industry—you’re ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or supply chain, preferably in the CPG industry.
Experience with ERP systems and EDI transactions.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience working with KeHE, UNFI, Target, and other mass retailers is a plus.
Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and customer replenishment practices.
Proficiency with Excel, SPS Commerce, Shopify, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus.
