Junior Fullstack Software Engineer

As a Junior Fullstack Software Engineer, the selected candidate will work on impactful features, grow technical expertise, and contribute to the development of tools that improve users' lives. Challenges you would face

Contribute to new feature ideation, development, testing, and bug fixes
Participate in planning, code reviews, and daily engineering rituals
Collaborate with designers and senior engineers on user-facing features
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Improve internal tools, workflows, and documentation
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for technical issue support

The ideal candidate

Working knowledge of Swift UI and iOS development
Experience with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and Hotwire
Comfortable using Git, Cursor, and integrating AI tools into development
Strong English communication skills (C1 or above)
Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role
Collaborative and open to pair programming or mentorship
Background in B2C environments

Plus

Experience or interest in mobile development environments
Familiarity with Shape Up methodology
Enjoys reverse-engineering products and simplifying user flows
Design-focused mindset with attention to visual clarity and user feedback
