About the Role

We are seeking passionate Recruitment Executives and Interns to join our expanding team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for clients across industries and levels, while enjoying the flexibility of remote or office-based working options.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment cycle – from understanding client requirements to successful closures.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Conduct headhunting for niche roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, take feedback, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and pipelines in the ATS/CRM system.
Build and nurture strong client and candidate relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly placement targets and earn attractive performance incentives.

Eligibility Criteria

Prior experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (consultancy or corporate).
Hands-on knowledge of sourcing platforms: Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Strong headhunting skills with a proactive approach.
Comfortable using MS Office, Excel, Email tools.
Passion for recruitment and career development.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and potential.
Incentives: Attractive quarterly performance-based incentives for closures.
