Operations Manager Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations & Project Management
● Oversee and manage multiple projects with efficiency, ensuring timely and precise execution in high-pressure environments.
● Lead and oversee property management services, including scheduling maintenance, handling concierge requests and ensuring service providers maintain the highest standards.
● Anticipate and address the needs of an international clientele, delivering seamless travel, property, and lifestyle management solutions.
● Ensure smooth execution of daily operations, proactively addressing client requests and enhancing service delivery.
● Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
● Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

Proposal & Document Management
● Develop strategic, high-quality client proposals and presentations that align with client preferences and business objectives.

● Ensure all client-facing documents and proposals maintain consistency, professionalism, and brand integrity.
Team Leadership
● Provide direct support to executive leadership, department heads, and coordinators, ensuring
operational excellence across all functions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, managing expectations with
professionalism and precision.
Technology & CRM Oversight
● Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of client preferences, project progress,
and operational performance.
● Maintain and enhance the client database, ensuring up-to-date information on lifestyle and
property preferences, service histories, and engagement records.
Compliance & Record Organization
● Oversee the meticulous organization and management of digital and physical records,
including contracts, service agreements, and client files.
● Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices for record-keeping and
data security.

Operational Excellence & Administrative Oversight
● Serve as the backbone of operational administration, managing office resources,
correspondence, and key business functions.
● Implement and refine administrative processes to support a high-functioning and
well-equipped work environment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar management role, luxury lifestyle/hospitality
industry, property management, or project management, with relative territory attested
certification.
● Expertise: Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle, global travel markets, property
management, and UHNW client needs.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to convey ideas clearly
and confidently.
● Problem-Solving: Strong judgment, ethical decision-making, and proactive
problem-resolution skills.
● CRM: Strong proficiency in CRM and operational/project management tools.
● Organization: Outstanding multitasking abilities, attention to detail and time management
skills.
