Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: Bath (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £32,500-£40,000 basic (negotiable DOE & written business) + Commission

What’s on Offer:

Basic Salary: £32,500 (negotiable based on experience and performance)
Commission: 40% beyond a £10K monthly threshold
