€35,000–€40,000 base + Uncapped Bonus | Full-Time, Permanent | Field-Based (On the Road)

Flowtech is seeking a Graduate Territory Sales Executive to join our growing team, covering the Munster region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year’s experience in sales, engineering or a related field, who’s eager to learn and develop their career in a hands-on, customer-facing role.

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and growing a portfolio of customers across Munster
Identifying new business opportunities and supporting existing clients
Building strong, lasting relationships by understanding customer needs
Promoting tailored solutions in sectors like transport, off-highway equipment, and industrial engineering
Working closely with internal teams (sales, technical, and procurement)
Attending trade shows and industry events as a Flowtech representative
Maintaining records and pipeline activity using our CRM system

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, engineering, or a relevant commercial field
A real desire to learn, grow and succeed in a technical sales environment
Tenacity, drive and curiosity – with a confident, proactive approach to challenges
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
A full, clean driving licence (essential)
Some technical understanding or interest in hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechanical systems is a plus – but not essential
