Current Opening:

We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Product Team as an Associate – UX Designer upon successfully completing our Internship & Traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Customer Success, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

What You Will Do:

● Work with the Product & Design team to curate a compelling yet simple user experience for our customers.
● Execute UX design in an agile, fast-moving environment.
● Be a passionate advocate for the user, and facilitate design solutions by partnering with our Product team to incorporate customer insights throughout the creative process.
● Ensure adherence to design best practices, standards,and brand consistency.

Internship & Traineeship Details:

● Internship Program: 3 months; 21 hours per week; stipend of INR 7,500 per month.
● Traineeship Program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day; payment of INR 20,000 per month.
● Full-Time Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the training program and based on weekly performance evaluation, you may be offered a full-time position as Associate – UX Designer with a CTC of INR 900,000 per annum.
