Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Willenhall
Basic Salary: up to £30,000
OTE: £45,000
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am-5:15pm + every other Saturday 9am -1pm

We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead one of our established estate agency branches. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business performance, leading and motivating the team, and personally conducting property valuations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role while still being hands-on in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support the team to achieve and exceed branch targets.
Monitor and drive performance, ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
Attend property valuation appointments and provide accurate market appraisals
Convert valuations into instructions, maintaining a strong pipeline.
Build long-term relationships with vendors and landlords, offering expert advice.
Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase market share.
Network locally and engage in marketing activities to promote the brand.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record in valuations and instructions.
Previous experience in a leadership or valuer role.
Excellent knowledge of the local property market
Strong people management, motivational, and coaching skills
Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
