Current Opening:

We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Product Team as an
Associate – UX Designer, upon successfully completing our Internship & Traineeship program.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Customer Success, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

What You Will Do:

Work with the Product & Design team to curate a compelling yet simple user experience for our customers
Execute UX design in an agile, fast-moving environment
Be a passionate advocate for the user, and facilitate design solutions by partnering with our Product team to incorporate customer insights throughout the creative process
Ensure adherence to design best practices, standards, and brand consistency

Internship & Traineeship Details:

Internship Program: 3 months; 21 hours per week; stipend of INR 7,500/month
Traineeship Program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day; payment of INR 20,000/month
Full-Time Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the training program and based on weekly performance evaluation, you may be offered a full-time position as Associate – UX Designer with a CTC of INR 900,000 per annum
